The 3rd floor conference rooms don't have hdmi hookups but do support wireless connection through Solstice for screen sharing from personal laptops. As an alternative, users can also utilize the room's keyboard and mouse to access the built-in house computer. If it is at all possible, using the house computer instead of the wireless connection does alleviate a lot of connection issues from occurring.

Download the Mersive Solstice app here.

One thing to note about the conference rooms is that Herndon Room (Rags 321) is wireless only through solstice and the room does not have a house computer.

The other spaces reserved for convocation that also have projectors are

Maloney room

Mabee Ballroom

Jones Auditorium

St. Andre Multipurpose room (which is reserved only on 2/24 and 2/25)
